The DHO is located at Lebuhraya Darulaman. The building currently used was the old Alor Setar hospital. Neighboring to the building is the Jabatan Kesihatan Negeri and Klinik Kesihatan Bandar.

• Unit Penyiasatan dan Pendakwaan (INP)
• Unit Kawalan Mutu Air Minum (KMAM)
• Unit Tindakan Cepat (RRT)
• Klinik Kesihatan Ibu dan Anak Bakar Bata


On the 1st day we were initially briefed by the DHO officer II regarding the structure and organization of the DHO. This was followed by a briefing by the Dr Azizan She asked to split into a few groups we then dispersed to join the various units which we were allocated by Dr Azizan.
